A Thinker Who Loves Pu$$y: The Comedy of Steven Lolli

THINKER is the first video release from Steven Lolli who was the only white Jew in Los Angeles's black comedy scene for 10+ years (2002-12). Lolli, who could not navigate Hollywood's stand up scene, ventured to a different side of town, becoming an irregular act in front of unlikely audiences. From getting jeered at Oakland Comedy Fest and heckled at The Spade Lounge in South central LA, this underground compilation of failure and eventual triumph is all documented through a collection of raw footage from a rarely seen side of the world of stand up comedy.
